1. A full refund will only be issued within 7 days of receiving the forklift for products with manufacturing defects. All returns must include original packaging, manuals, and accessories. An inspection of the product will be conducted by our technical team before processing the refund.

2. The buyer must ensure the product is in its original condition, free from additional damage, signs of extended use, or modifications. The buyer must submit a written return request including the order number and specific reason for return to info@onlineforklift.com.au 

3. RETURN SHIPPING: 

  • Return shipping is free for manufacturer defects or errors on our part.
  • For other returns (i.e. change of mind, ordered incorrectly), a return shipping fee will apply based on equipment size and location, unless shipping is arranged by the customer.
  • For customer-arranged shipping, products must be properly packaged to prevent damage. Any damage occurring during the return process that was not part of the original claim will be assessed. Repair costs for such damages will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. This return policy is separate from our product warranty. For issues after the 7-day return period, please refer to our warranty policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
